How do I book a tee time? When will memberships be available for purchase? 

Memberships will be available for purchase March 15, 2021 through our website. 

How do I get membership pricing information?

Pricing information is available on our Fees page.

What types of membership are available? 

We offer six levels of memberships: Full Access Junior(3 courses), Full Access Junior - Rundle Only, Limited Junior(3 courses), Limited Junior - Rundle Only, and Junior Plus Adult (3 courses), Junior Plus Adult - Rundle Only. Please see our Fees page for a detailed list of benefits for each membership level. 

How many memberships can I buy? 

There is no limit to the number of memberships you can buy. Each membership must have it’s own unique email address. 

Can I pay my membership fee in installments? 

All memberships must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. If you are sending cheque by mail, your membership will be activated once cheque has cleared. 

Do I need my own equipment? 

You will need to own your golf equipment or to rent/ borrow equipment to play.    

When do my membership benefits begin?

Memberships are based on a calendar year, however if you sign up early, you can start enjoying your benefits as soon as the golf courses open. 

Can I upgrade my membership during the year?

Yes, provided you pay the difference between the membership prices. Please contact us to facilitate this.

If I join in the middle of the golf season, will my membership be prorated? 

Memberships benefits are based on a calendar year and dues will not be prorated.

As an Unlimited Member, how many tee times may I book/ play in a day? 

Play is unlimited.

Can I cancel my membership? 

Memberships may be cancelled by contacting us

Is any portion of the membership fee refundable? 

Yes. Refund requests are granted depending on date of refund request.

Requests up to:

  • April 30th - 75% refund
  • May 31st - 50% refund
  • June 30th - 25% refund
  • After 1st July - no refund will be granted.

COVID refund policy

Provincial directed cancellation of golf in Alberta will result in a refund percentage based on the discretion of the RVJG board of directors.

Households with more than one golfer? I have multiple children to register, can I register and pay for them all at once?

Each golfer must be registered individually with a unique email address. Payment for each membership must be paid individually.

I have registered and paid for my membership, can I golf right away?

Your membership will be activated within 24 hours. Please do not attempt to golf or book a tee time until we have advised that your 2021 membership has been activated.

Are pull carts allowed at tournaments?

Yes, pull carts are allowed, but no motorized carts. 

I have registered for a tournament and now need to cancel?

Cancellations will be accepted until the tournament/ event entry deadline date. After this date, they are non-refundable.
