When will memberships be available for purchase?
Memberships are open to the general public every year starting March 1st.
Membership purchase is available only for the current season.
I have registered and paid for my membership, can I golf right away?
Please do not attempt to golf or book a tee time until we have advised that your membership has been activated by the City of Edmonton; typically this is a 48 hour turnaround time.
How do I book a tee time?
Please see our Bookings page for information on booking a tee time.
NOTE: If you book your tee time with 311 and cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up for your scheduled tee time, City of Edmonton will charge you a $10.00 per person administration fee.

What types of membership are available?
We offer six levels of memberships: Full Access Junior (3 courses), Full Access Junior - Rundle Only, Limited Junior (3 courses), Limited Junior - Rundle Only, and Junior Plus Adult (3 courses), Junior Plus Adult - Rundle Only.

How many memberships can I buy?
There is no limit to the number of memberships you can buy. Each membership must have it’s own unique email address.
Can I pay my membership fee in installments?
All memberships must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment must be through Paypal or personal cheque, ONLY. If you are sending cheque by mail, your membership will be activated once the cheque has cleared.
Do I need golf equipment?
Yes, You will need golf equipment to play. Bring your own, rent or borrow equipment.
When do my membership benefits begin?
Memberships are based on a calendar year, however if you sign up early, you can start enjoying your benefits as soon as the golf courses open.
Can I upgrade my membership during the year?
Yes, provided you pay the difference between the membership prices. Please contact us to facilitate this.
If I join in the middle of the golf season, will my membership be prorated?
Memberships are based on a calendar year and will not be prorated.
As an Unlimited Member, how many tee times may I book/ play in a day?
Play is unlimited.

Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships may be cancelled by contacting us.
Is any portion of the membership fee refundable?
Yes. Refund requests are granted depending on date of refund request.
Requests up to:
- April 30th - 75% refund
- May 31st - 50% refund
- June 30th - 25% refund
- After 1st July - no refund will be granted.

Households with more than one golfer? I have multiple children to register, can I register and pay for them all at once?
Each golfer must be registered individually with a unique email address. Payment for each membership must be paid individually.
Are pull carts allowed at tournaments?
Yes, pull carts are allowed, Bring your own, rent or borrow. No motorized carts allowed.
I have registered for a tournament and now need to cancel?
Cancellations will be accepted until the cancellation date. After this date, they are non-refundable and non transferable. Contact Us
